FLOOR MOLDING Kulp Foundry's no-bake molding line, utilizing a Palmer 500 mixer, can be used to mold with both mounted and loose pattern equipment. The flask sizes available for this molding area range from 24" X 24" up to 100" X 100", with a maximum height of 78" available on some flasks. Pour weights range from approximately 100# up to 8000# in this area of production.
