FINISHING Our finishing room offers several services to meet our customer's needs easily. Additionally, we are always willing to take the extra effort to meet special requests that are not within the norm. Some of the services we provide include.     SHOT BLASTING - Tumbleblast with 12 cubic foot capacity 10' diameter shot table 12' diameter shot table GRINDING - Four 30" wheel grinders One double 14" pedestal cut off wheel One 30" swing grinder One 30" swing cut off saw Thirteen portable grinding work stations HEAT TREATING - Electric oven with 8' X 10' grate area for stress relieving and annealing. PAINTING - Automotive type spray gun paint system using water base red primer paint for customer requested painting. HARDNESS TESTING - King BHN tester PACKAGING - To customer requirements, available choices include skids, barrels, and crates. Smaller boxes available for UPS. SHIPPING - All common carriers per customer request, UPS, and Federal Express. All shipments leave between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.
