We, at Kulp Foundry, are very proud of our Customer Service Department. The leader of this department is Donna Marie Sproule. She is well known within the industry for her knowledge of our products and her close attention to detail of all customer orders. Donna coordinates the scheduling of production and shipment of all orders so that the customer receives their order when needed.
Kulp Foundry Inc. strives to create a mutually beneficial relationship with our customers by providing defect free castings with on time delivery at competitive prices.
New customers coming to Kulp are assured of a smooth transition. We realize that going to a new foundry for your casting needs can be a complex change for a purchasing agent. A member of Kulp's management team works with new customers from initial quotes until the order is filled. He takes time to assess the customer's needs and coordinates the timing of delivery and maintains contact with the new customer until the initial order is filled. With this close attention, a smooth transition to Kulp Foundry is assured.
Because we are a "job shop" we can handle orders from as small as one piece to large volume orders. We also have the capacity to pour molds as small as castings weighing ounces to as large as 8,000 pounds.
In addition, we hold on-site seminars in metallurgy and casting design. Tours of our facility are also encouraged for our customers so they can see the care taken in the creation of their products..
