GREEN SAND Our green sand molding line is the heart of Kulp Foundry's production facility, separating us from other foundries by taking advantage of our jobbing shop capability. We can easily fulfill any customer order for one piece or one thousand pieces. BT-6 & BT-7 - British squeeze molding machines, both capable of making cope and drag halves. Flask sizes available for these machines are 30" X 30", 30" X 36", 32" X 32", 32" X 42", 32" X 52", 36" X 36", 36" X 48", 42" X 42", 22" X 45". Pattern height limit up to 11". Average pour weight limit is approximately 800# per mold.
