GREEN SAND Our green sand molding line is the heart of Kulp Foundry's production facility, separating us from other foundries by taking advantage of our jobbing shop capability. We can easily fulfill any customer order for one piece or one thousand pieces. BLOWMATIC - A Beardsley & Piper ultrasonic squeeze machine for 16" X 20" flasks. Pattern height limit is 5-1/2". Average pour weight limit is 75# per mold.
